Hi Friends, you must have been faced problems with your Wi-fi connections and may have felt really helpless when resolving those problems. But now with this article you can easily understand your Wi-Fi’s problem and fix that problem.

Things You’ll Need:-
- Small wireless network at your home or business.
- Access to administrator account on the router .
Steps:-
- First use a program called Network Stumbler and scan the wireless networks within your reception area, note what channel your network is on as well as surrounding networks. Write down what channels are being used. Also note the SSID names.
- Next log into your router's administration account and navigate to the wireless settings. If there is another network nearby with the same SSID as yours (which could have been left as default settings from the factory) then you will need to change the name of your wireless SSID to something else. I had to do this on my network.
- Click on the advanced settings and change the channel to one that isn't being used by another network nearby. Example if your network is on channel 4, and so is your neighbour's, then I would change it to channel 6 to put a little space between networks. You have between 1 to channel 11 to pick from.
- If you have done the above things and are still having connection problems, network interference can be caused by cordless phones, microwave ovens and any electronic that work around the 2.4 Gz range.
